True loyalty to a company is best achieved when customers associate with a “WHY”, as Simon Sinek says in his book WHY.

For years Apple have communicated this “why” unconsciously to it’s fans to the point where they queue in advance and even purchase “iPhones” over arguably more superior technology provided by its competitors. When we know our WHY we can find employees, customers, support network members and referral partners who also believe. These people are motivated way beyond money to help us. In networking we need to share our WHY in terms of an Emotionally Charged Connection which allows people to connect to us and WHY we do what we do.
